User-Submitted Photos: When you voluntarily submit photos of restroom locations:

  • Photos are uploaded to our secure cloud storage (Google Drive)

  • Photos undergo moderation before being published

  • Photos may be rejected if they violate our content guidelines

  • Submitted photos are anonymous unless you choose to provide identifying information

 

Device Information

  • Anonymous Usage Data: We may collect anonymous device information (device type, OS version) to improve app performance and compatibility.

  • This data does NOT include: Personal identifiers, browsing history, or contact information.

  • Disabling location will limit the app's ability to show nearby restrooms and calculate distances

 

Photo Submissions

  • Photo submissions are voluntary

  • You can choose not to submit photos and still use all other app features

  • Once submitted, photos cannot be deleted from your device (you must contact us)

 

Data Deletion

  • We will process deletion requests within 30 days

 

Children's Privacy

Need-A-Pee does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app is intended for general audiences. If we discover we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
